  • ASC200A/B mud desanding and purification equipment is used for mud purification treatment duringconstruction. The unique two-stage cyclone and  three-stage screening structure can be used to separate the mud particles efficiently, reduce the sand content of the mud, make the mud recyclable,and have the advantages of saving the cost of mud making, meeting the requirements of construction grouting, and reducing environmental pollution.Specially designed for silty fine sand stratum and high standard working conditions, it is mainly used for trenchless construction. The main supporting construction equipment includes horizontal directional drilling rig, pipe jacking machine, etc. It is especially suitable for the area with more silty fine sand in the formation and the working conditions with strict requirements for mud.
  • It is specially designed for silty sand stratum and has nearly 50% higher efficiency of desanding than that of traditional desander;
    The equipment adopts vertical submerged pump,which is easy to maintain and starts smoothly;The unique two-stage hydrocyclone and three-stage screening configuration make it easier to meet the high standard hole cleaning requirements than that of the traditional desander;The equipment has internal circulation and liquid level control system to prevent damage caused by running without liquid;
    The equipment has compact structure and small area occupation; The slurry treated by the equipment can be directly transported to the slurry tank by using the residual pressure of the equipment, without placing the equipment above the slurry tank or using the pump;
    The equipmentadopts polyurethane slotted sieve plate, which has good wear resistance and is not easy to block; The device is equipped with wireless remote control function, which can realize one button start and stop, and the operation is very simple and convenient.
